Hello lybrate-user if you are not sexually active, infection should not be the problem, if you are active then make it a habit to wash your privates thoroughly before and after sex with plain water only, prostatitis is usually diagnosed with per rectal examination, it usually removes with time easily. Drink plenty of fluids orally and maintain hygiene.

Hello-
Some drugs used to treat BPH (prostate enlargement) can cause difficulty in maintaining an erection. Men who take alpha-blockers such as doxazosin (Cardura) and terazosin (Hytrin) may experience decreased ejaculation. This is because alpha-blockers relax the bladder and prostate muscle cells. Alpha reductase inhibitors can also cause ED.
Its best to start ayurveda to counter the effect of such drugs on your reproductive health.

White or yellowish discharge after/ during urine may be due to infection or semen incontinence. Consult a urologist to check for urinary tract infections. You may consult a psychiatrist and sexual counselor in case there is no urinary infection and the problem of white discharge persists.
