My age is 37 I have prostate problem, my prostate weight is 33 gm. My urine flow is very low. At night I have to go to urinate every 1- 2 hours. And I have concretions in both kidneys. Doctor prescribed 2 medicine pot rate mb6 syrup and alfuzosin d 10 mg .so please help me .what can I do for my better treatment. Which pathy is better for me allopathy, ayurvedic or homeopathy.

But I have lost interest in sex, no erection, no sperm discharge after masturbation also, my post void urine is 130 cc I am taking homeopathic medicine for prostate and allopathic for bp and urine retention betheran 25 mg olkem 40 am prostonum drops is it because of low testosterone levels. The small caltrops (gokshura) present in the himalaya himplasia tablets is useful in treating bph, genitourinary infections, painful urination, hematuria and dysuria. The cutch tree (puga) blocks the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone, the major sex hormone in prostatic cells. So please continue. No itâs bph. Which is age related. Nothing to worry. But you have not mentioned symptoms. Moreover bph is not the cause of back pain. They are both different issues. After consultation of urologist/oncologist biopsy done in biopsy result found~:adenocarcinoma of prostate te (gleason's grade iv score 8) with evidence of perineural invasion involving right lobe of prostate. I am 61 years old and have enlarged prostate. Till december 2021 the only problem as a result of it was weak stream without any other symptoms. There was no urine retention as per the report of the tests done in december. Suddenly, the frequency of urination at night has increased and I have to get up 3-4 times which disturbs my sleep also. Yes with prostatitis, it may be normal. Are you doing prostatic massage also. After full treatment do followup psa test.

I am 74, laparoscopic radical prostatectomy with bilateral dissection done in june 2013. Gleason score 3+7=7.pamorelin la 11 25 mg taken thrice. Psa was reduced to 0.008. Received radiation total dose of 6660cgy in 37 fractions nov 13 to jan 2014. Bone scan was negative. No followup last 8 years. Now psa is 85. Psma pet scan march 8th 2022, shows carcinoma prostate. Psma avid mesorectal pelvic and retroperitoneal nodes appear metastatic likely disease recurrence. Procedure done on 17th march 22. cystoscopy urethral dilation and bilateral sub capsular orchiectomy. Diagnosis distal bulwark urethral stricture, known carcinoma of prostrate. Tabi tab 50 mg for 60 days. Kindly clear my doubts doctor. 1. What are the chances of cancer cells moving out of prostrate to other parts of body through blood? Removal of both testicles done, whether it would stop further growth of cancer? Doctor opines, chemo and radio therapy not necessary. Tabi is effective after orchiectomy? What will kill the existing cancer cells? Whether ayurvedic medicine works? Kindly suggest effective treatment. I remain grateful to you. G v subba rao.
