it is written in UROLOGY books that If you ejaculate around 20times in a month then the chance of prostate cancer might decrease. it still does not mean that it is the only prevention method for prostate cancer.

Before starting medication you should get USG abdomen and pvrv and urine routine and culture and sensitivity done and uroflow. If reports are ok then you can start urimax d once daily at night. It needs to be taken for alonger period.
