Hello sir, albuminuria may be due to renal disease because of which your creatinine is mildly raised. To rule out prostate cancer kindly get serum PSA levels done. If value is less than 4 then need not worry about cancer. But visit a physician for your renal problem.

Dear sir,biopsy is important,you must get it .line of treatment is primarily hormonal therapy and if severe pain in Bones then radiation therapy with palliative intent maybe given esp at hip joint as it's a weight bearing area.
Hormonal therapy may be removing testicles or injection s or some oral tablet.
Inj. Zolendronic acid should also be given on monthly basis.

Well one thing needs to be ruled out after one year gap is metastasis.
So needs to undergo cect and bone scan
if he is operable and pac fit then he can undergo the procedure otherwise hormonal/chemotherapy and performance status of patient is important it is slow growing tumour, if performance status is not good then hormonal therapy is advisable.

Go for metastatic work up ( investigations already advised) . If no metastasis and patient is fit for surgery then radical prostatectomy if unfit for surgery then Radiation therapy.

Everyone in old age will not get prostate cancer. IF ANY URINARY SYMPTOMS, GET Ultrsound abdomen done along serum PSA. BEST TREATMENT IN OLD AGE IS BILATERAL ORCHIDECTOMY FOLLOWED BY HORMONAL THERAPY.

U should hv an mri pelvis and bone scan to be done. If both are negative n cancer is localised to the prostate only then ideally he will require radical prostatectomy.

Regarding prostate cancer lot of literature is available on net. You will get confused as you said. If you r otherwise healthy you have to undergo biopsy.
