If Bohemia scan is positive get bilateral orchidectomy done. If bone scan is negative and disease is confined to prostate with psa less than 20 then get robotic radical prostatectomy.

If psa is 100 then it must have gone into bones. Have you got bone scan report. If it is positive then best is to do androgen ablation either surgically by removing both testis or medically by giving injection, every three months. If it has not gone into bones then you can get robotic radical prostatectomy.

If psa is high better to get MRI pelvis done. If there is any suspicious lesion on MRI better to get it biopsied. Only biopsy can rule out if you have ca prostate or not.

Your father has metastatic ca prostate.
He requires hormonal therapy first- medical or surgical.
Medical therapy includes 1 injection every 3 to 6 months and caluran 50 mg along with it. Surgical means castration (removing both testis by surgery).
Depending on his response to hormonal therapy he can be planned for further management like chemo, abiraterone etc.

Mostly its symptomless but some times person will feel
Difficulty in urination,dribbling of urine,retention of urine,frequent urge of urinating,excessive urination in night..

Yes .But finger examination only is not sufficient to detect Prostate Cancer. Other investigation like, MRI,Blood PSA report, TRUS biopsy, are also required depending upon the findings and clinical impression.
