6. Curd is good for u.
7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods

exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Take a few minutes to breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths.

U have not mentioned symptoms. As our intestine have lots of good bacteriaâs that help in digestion. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach.
