Iâm having bad dandruff in my beard and moustache. Suddenly it happed before 3-4 days and it aggravated and now iâm having big flakes coming out of the skin. Thereâs no pain as such. I tried to use dettol but of no use. I used betadine, which is giving me relief for now. Iâm not sure if it can curb the condition completely. I have hypothyroidism due to which my vitamin d remains low and I keep taking tablets once in a week. Sometimes when I leave for 2 months or so I start to have dandruff as a result of which I again start to taken tablets. I am relating the condition to this thing. My vitamin d was low. Am 28 years old lady having a long time bad breath issue consulted a doctor a year ago he checked and told this problem is because of stomach issues not from oral hygiene and gave some tablets to have in the morning before and after food and night as well I had tablets for 15 days after that I didn't get any bad breath for 2,3 months but after that again started slowly getting bad breath issue I wanted to cure this permanently.
