I am trying to figure out what this means. In july of this year, I went to the hospital not feeling well. In the er, I suffered an episode of either non sustained ventricular tachycardia or supraventricular tachycardia with aberrance. The long and short is that the cause, to this point, seems to be idiopathic. However, I was going through my records and found the initial ekg that was done when I went to the er noted poor r wave progression (no history of mi or cardiac disease), sinus tachycardia and that anterior infarct couldn't be ruled out. The nsvt or svt, whatever it was (they have told me it's hard to say since tele monitors are not reliable. And this is from one of the best ep docs in the nation!) was on a different strip. A cardiac mri was done a few days after. I've had two angio ct's done, a cardiac stress test. I have a loop recorder in. To date, nothing has shown abnormally. My question is simple. Did I have a heart attack and three electrophysiologists, my gp and three cardiologists are missing it?

No you didn’t have any heart attack. You probably are reading the prints on the ECG. This info is not reliable as it changes with lot of factors, commonest being shaking while ECG js taken. Physicians are trained to read ECG and it is unlikely that three physicians could miss a heart attack. You have named all the possible arrythmias in you msg. Stop worrying

Hello, raw garlic has to be taken in large amounts and empty stomach to get the benefits from it which is not practically possible so its better to avoid it. Regular exercise and good home cooked meals are enough to prevent heart stroke.

If he has a stent better to take regularly. If he doesn't have a stent, take for few months after a heart attack, if no previous attack, he doesn't require it, so better to collect more information on risks and benefits.
