Mifepristone is given for cervix priming, so mife has to be taken to work well. There wonât be any side effects if u hav taken already, but get a scan aftr 1 week to check whether u hav aborted completely or no.

11-12 weeks is not second trimester technically but lot of gynecologists don't prefer to do first trimester termination procedure at this stage.

There is no pregnancy and neither ectopic pregnancy. The best way to go forward is to get an ultrasound done. That will indicate the endometrial thickness and also some blood tests to rule out any hormonal problem. Otherwise you can just wait for one more month and see if the next period flow is normal. Then you can decide what is to be done.

i think you mean misoprostol. Make sure you are doing this under doctor supervision. Even a normal early pregnancy inside the uterus also can end up being complicated.
