Hi doctor. My last day of periods was 26th jan and started on 21st jan. On 28th feb I took pregnancy test which came positive with faint line. I took ultrasound which was not so helpful. My hcg level is 662.4.i am 18 years old. My blood group is b+.please suggest a helpful way to abort this pregnancy.

Course pura karna jaruri hai.
Bleeding se malum nahi padta ki abortion pura hua hai ya nahi.
Pregnancy nikalne ki dava khan eke baad 15 din pe sonography karvana jaruri hai jisme barabar asar hui hai ki nahi vo malum padta hai.

Percentage has no value to individual patient.
Either routine sonography is done in early pregnancy to rule out ectopic or when suspected because of complaints.

I had mtp around 2 month ago. Everything went well. No specific problem except the white discharge. It is said it decreases on its own within 2-3 weeks. But it has been more than 2 months now and the problem persists. I have no other issue, neither irritation or itching. This is the only one. I even completed the course of medicines given to me. White discharge called leucorrhoea is common and normal if not associated with other complaints. For this nothing to be done except pap’s smear if not done. If associated with other complaints, then needs examination by gynecologist.
