Hallo sir. My name is aj. My sister is 7 months pregnant with her boyfriend but she didn't informed me about her pregnancy. Now, it's a very critical time for me to understand, what should I do. She is a higher secondary student. Now it's time for abortion but I am totally confused and in hyper tension about her. What is right and what's wrong please help?

Hi. I got ectopic pregnancy so I took the methotrexate injection on august 24 .last month oct 18 I done dnc in laparoscopy method la hysteroscopy in that my right block in fallopian tube is opened and pcos also cleared after I have some spotting for 5 days. My last lmp is oct 8. So I have doubt when I will get next period whether oct 8 or 18 .because today I got period please tell me.

Hello lybrate-user, as you have done laparoscopic procedure followed by spotting so you may get irregular cycles for first 1-2 months don’t worry about it, it will spontaneously regularise.

Hello doctor, I got a scar ectopic pregnancy. My first delivery is cesarian. So this is my second pregnancy with 5 weeks. The sac stays in my cesarian scar. So I underwent with procedure of methotrexate injection two doses with minor acting anesthesia. The beta hcg level came to zero. But still the sac is on the scar. How much it takes to dissolve the sac. I did procedure on september 3rd and second dose of methotrexate on september 13. Beta hcg randomly and slowly decreased to zero now. But after procedure to until now the sac remains the same on the scar but no growth on sac. Will the sac dissolves automatically or it can come out along with monthly periods. Please tell.

There is nothing to worry about. You have been treated perfectly for ectopic scar pregnancy.With 2 doses of methotrexate your abnormal site pregnancy has been totally destroyed.The sac will be absorbed fully soon and it is harmless.During periods, nothing will happen for the sac.Relax.

It should dissolve automatically now that beta HCG is zero. It may take upto two months in some cases.

Hi the purpose of methotrexate is to stop the growth of the pregnancy and thereby prevent rupture and other complications. The pregnancy has stopped growing, so hcg is back to normal. The sac will be slowly absorbed by the body, and will take time. Maybe even 3 months. Have you started getting periods after the injections? If so, how was the flow?

It needs information like what was size of pregnancy before you got it terminated.
May give that and ask again or ask treating gynecologist.

mifepristone doesn't give you any symptom it is just and proprietary drug for medical termination of pregnancy if you are in a plan of doing it please consult a gynecologist in person

I took mtp kit mifegest on oct 5th (mifepristone) then misoprostol. I bleed continuously from 7th oct to 14oct. After 14th oct bleeding stopped completely. After that I was having white thick discharge in a very small quantity. Now the issue is I am having blood spots since yesterday. After 4-5 days of complete process I am having a little spotting. Is it normal to have spotting or its a sign of remaining parts in uterus? Please help me doctors. I am worrying. Spotting giving me stress.

hi if you have taken the medical termination of pregnancy drugs without doctors knowledge or without doing in ultrasound scan it is high time that you should do when ultrasound scan to find out if there is retained products of conception if the ultrasound scan is normal I think it should be only infection which is bacterial and it can be easily treated
