No, only kissing and hugging doesn't give rise to birth to a baby. Baby is born only when there is union of sperm (ejaculated by male during sexual) and the ovas (eggs of female) and that too when there is physical relation (sexual intercourse during the appropriate time, i. E when the female is not in a safe period.
