For a diabetic with hypertension it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history.

Eat as whole grain foods, green veg. Juice, plenty of water at least 8 glass of water in a day. Avoid high cholesterol foods, oily, fatty, junk, fast foods, foods from out sided, sweat foods.
