No details of duration. Cause of nose block could be allergy or nasal defect. You have to identify allergy cause yourself like dust, strong odor, change of weather, cockroaches, domestic animals etc. And avoid that cause to the extent possible. Anti allergiv tablets give temporary relief. Consult ent specialist to find out any nasal defect and further management.
