Bleeding after methotrexate for withdrawal is not absolutely necessary but you should correlate with your beta hcg once the beta hcg levels drop down you will get your period automatically.

Hello doctor. My age is 30 and I am 5 months pregnant. I have sinus problem too. I am taking iron n calcium for pregnancy and some ayurvedic medicine for sinus. Some days before I was felling constipation. I got pain while passing stool. I was ignoring it but from last 5 days pain is unbearable. My doctor has recommend me ointment named anovate. But now m nt feeling good. Not able to pass stools, sit, stand n walk. Don't know what should I do. Please help.

you should use laxatives if you have difficulty in passing motion instead of straining it which might worsen the situation

You urgently need to consult a medicine specialist. Artesunate is generally safe in pregnancy and won't affect the baby. But fever needs to be brought down under control or it is detrimental to both.

If patient is asthmatic and the above drug could control her symptoms before pregnancy, then there is no harm if the drug is continued. But if patient is not asthmatic, it's better to go for other drugs.

Grilinctus syrup is not recommended in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Stop the syrup. Do steam inhalation 3 times a day. Gargle with warm salt water often. Brush twice daily and clean your tongue (as it can be a breeding place for bacteria).

A o a mam. I am 31 years old. I am married since 2 years. I already have one left ectopic pregnancy. I am suffering from lutueal phase defect. Spotting occur through out cycle. Which tablet I can use for luteal phase defect except duphaston. Can I use utrogestan 200 mg vaginally from day 15 to day 25.

Yes .it is micronized progesterone. But luteal phase defect has to be documented before you start progesterone therapy, by serum progesterone level estimation. If serum progesterone level is less than 5 ng in a single estimation in the luteal phase, lpd is diagnosed.
