You are having hyperthyroidism.
Please get a full thyroid profile along with anti thyroid antibodies. Yes it can cause miscarriage and other problems to ur baby if not treated.

Hi. 4.4 is high during pregnancy. Cut off is <4 in pregnancy. U should start taking thyronorm as advised by your doctors. There are not much side effects with such a low dose of tablet thyronorm and it is safe to use for you and your baby. Every 1 -2 months you should test your tsh till delivery and based on your test the dose will be adjusted. We stop the tablet after delivery and 6 weeks later repeat tsh. If it’s normal no need to take any tablet further.

Laparoscopy is the procedure for viewing and treating
By laparoscopic ( instrument) they see the internal organs in your case Fallopian tube if found unruptured they make an incision over the tube where preg lying remove the product and again stitch the tube (salpigostomy)
If found tube ruptured salpingectomy (removal of tube) done

most common site is fallopian tube signs are. .history of amenorrhoea

pain lower abdomen
when tube rupture then there is blood collection in peritoneal cavity causing pain, pallor fainting attack if left unattended may go in shock it is life threatening emergency.

hello,
when there is a tubal, cornual or ovarian or cervical ectopic pregnancy then laparoscopy can be a modality used for removal of the ectopic pregnancy tissue.

Laproscopy- means surgery with instrument- laproscope.
