Having pricking pains in shoulders, neck, a dull sensation in head. I read that shoulder tip pain may happen in ectopic pregnancy. I had withdrawal bleeding twice after consuming primolut for 10d each. Flow was medium for 3d. Does it rule out pregnancy completely, or can it still be ectopic pregnancy?

Since bleeding has taken place, there is no chance of pregnancy. If you still have doubts, get an ultrasound scan done.

If your pregnancy test was positive, then tab primolut is not an abortion pill. If you were not pregnant than yes, withdrawal bleeding means a normal period bleeding.

A few weeks after I had unprotected sex I started getting a sort stretchy pain that comes and goes, burning sensation during peeing and lower abdominal cramps. I had a history of kidney stones but I suspected myself of having an ectopic pregnancy (i had taken levonorgestrel about 48 hours after sexual contact) after negative pregnancy test results and unusual vaginal bleeding and took 30 mg of methotrexate. After 14 hours to ease the cramps in lower abdominal area, I took 4000 mcg of folic acid supplements but now I have concerns that the methotrexate may not work as intended.

So who prescribed you methotrexate? Was it taken after doing an ultrasound? The dose is incorrect. And methotrexate can cause adverse reactions. Please give us a copy of your reports and usg to guide you better.

I just had an unprotected sex and I am suffering from pcod so I don't know when my periods will come because till now I don't see any signs of it. So should I take an I pill or start using duoluton from today itself.

If more than 72 hours have passed, then ipill is of no use. Duoluton also won't help if pregnancy has taken place. Wait for one week to 10 days from the due date. If periods still don't come, do a urine pregnancy test. If negative, take the duoluton.

It is the right medicine to get the period out sometimes it regularise the period as well but it is a lifestyle and sleep pattern and the reason why the water cyst has formed which will treat the cause.

I had protected sex on 3rd november and did the upt on 11th december it was negative. After that I took primolut-n for 10 days twice in day then I got my period on 27 december after that I took krimson35 tablet for 21 days and got periods on 7 february. And now I got the period on 2 april but bleeding is very less only one pad (not even full filled pad) in 24 hrs. So my question is 1) still there is any possibility or chances of pregnancy. As I have periods only after taking tablets. 2) ye possible hai kya pregnant hai and just because tablets liye to periods aa gaye lekin pregnancy rehti hai? 3) is this ectopic pregnancy cause one of my friend told me that in ectopic pregnancy there is vaginal bleeding so mujhe ye beech beech me bleeding ho raha to ectopic pregnancy reh sakti hai kya. 3) or agar ectopic pregnancy hai to blood flow n all kesa rehta hai? 4) or pregnancy hai hi nhi matlb 0% bhi chance nhi hai kya pregnancy ke like not even ectopic pregnancy is there and not normal one also?

There is no pregnancy and neither ectopic pregnancy. The best way to go forward is to get an ultrasound done. That will indicate the endometrial thickness and also some blood tests to rule out any hormonal problem. Otherwise you can just wait for one more month and see if the next period flow is normal. Then you can decide what is to be done.
