Hello doctor. I am 31 years old and my daughter is 3 years old. My husband and I planned to have a second child. There were no such complications during my first pregnancy but despite repeated attempts, I am unable to get pregnant. Is it possible that I have become infertile now even after my first pregnancy?

Yes, it is possible. In case of secondary infertility, you may fail to get pregnant again after having at least one successful pregnancy. But before reaching any conclusion, visit your doctor as there are many conditions for not getting pregnant. There might be issues that can be treated.

Doctor I am 34 years old and I have been married for 5 years. I have been suffering from thyroid for the past 15 years. My husband and I were not prepared for the baby as of now but we are planning to have one. We in fact tried twice in the past 3 months but the outcome was negative. There are no visible symptoms for infertility, apart from the inability to get pregnant. Few symptoms of infertility include: irregular, painful, or heavier/lighter than usual flow. Too heavy or too light flow during the menstrual cycle. Hormonal changes such as acne flare-ups, weight loss or gain. Underlying medical conditions. Issues with sexual function, such as sex being painful, reduced sex drive.

Hello doctor! I am a 32 years old female. I got married three years ago. My husband and I never tried a baby as if now because we were not prepared for it. It was six months back when we mutually agreed to have a baby. Since then, we tried 4 to 5 times but things are not working for us. I don't know what is happening and I am afraid too. I am a female aged 33 years. I am taking fertility treatment from last 3 years and last year diagnosed with one fallopian tube blockage. I had undergone a laparoscopy and removed blockage in right tube and a fibroid also in feb-2022. After this my gynaec advised to try for 3 to 4 months naturally to conceive. But the result was negative. Now from last two months I have started taking treatment from my gynaec who has done my laparoscopy. From last two month she is giving me injection metformin 150 after period for 5 to 7 days and after that calling for follicular study. In july month my egg was in right side with size 2016 and rapture perfectly as per my gynaec. In august month my egg was in left side with size 1916 and rapture correctly after hug injection. But this time also my pregnancy test result is negative. My bp fluctuates between 140/100 and my weight is 76 kgs and height is 5.1. Medicines prescribed by her is amlog 5 mg, ecosprin av 75, placida, folic acid, sofzid women, consevel & zuviston (after egg raptures twice a day). I am not at all understanding that where the fault and what is the actual problem? Why I am not conceiving? Due to all this negativity I am feeling like sinking into depression and every time feeling like crying and not able to connect with anybody. My fsh level is 7.57 and amh level is 3.54. Pls help me and advise me what to probably do to increase my chances of conception. What is the actual problem and its solution. Pls help with proper answer. And what to do next.

Madam I had an mtp of 6 weeks through misoprost inserted in vagina and now bleeding has stopped and in tvs scan it shows rpoc and I am still having cramps in legs and lower back but no bleeding. Doctor said d and c but is there any way it could be treated without d and c procedure cos I cannot afford for d and c.

Mifepristone and Misoprostol do not work at 15 weeks. If you want the pregnancy terminated then please approach a doctor locally. It would be wrong to take steps on your own at this stage.

Hello doctor I am facing infertility for the last 2 years. At the start, I was having problem of immature follicles even after taking fertility drugs but with time development of mature follicles were found. My hsg reports were also perfect. Also, my husband's tests are normal. I have two dominant follicles of size 27�30 and 22�24. What are the chances of pregnancy this month? I had also taken hcg on day 12. I am taking slix sachet, metformin and biotin for three months (after this treatment follicles are getting mature). My prolactin found high later (at start it was normal). And from the last three months, I am taking letrozole with different doses as well. What should I do next? Should I follow the instructions of my current gynecologist or should I change it? Furthermore, I have done 4 cycles of clomid and four cycles of letrozole following my gynecologist's prescription.

Please have patience. Sometimes it takes longer time to conceive. You can discuss about iui-h with your doctor, as tubes are patent and hsa is normal, as you mentioned.

Pregnancy can occur only one day of the cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by gynecologist or infertility specialist.
