yes, in most cases, people with one testicle can get someone pregnant. Remember, one testicle can provide enough testosterone for you to get an erection and ejaculate. This is also enough to produce adequate sperm for fertilization.

The testicles are extremely sensitive organs. A minor strike to them can produce excruciating pain. More importantly, injuries can jeopardize the health and functionality of the testicles, possibly leading to male infertility. Therefore, testicle pain needs to be examined and treated immediately.

Hello, It is normal for genital area to have more pigmentation due to hormonal influences. Though there are bleaches available for genital regions it is not safe as it is sensitive skin. Do not use any creams.

Hello-
skin-on-fabric contact from clothing or underwear can cause skin tags to develop. The frequent rubbing between clothes and skin can irritate the delicate skin of the genital area and cause these small growths. Friction from sexual intercourse may also cause genital skin tags.
