Wrong negative results are common for urine test for pregnancy and not for positive tests if still worried, get ultrasound done or blood test beta hcg.

You first you need to do urine pregnancy test. It should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false negative or false positive test.

Check if you started to feel baby movements. Check if you gained weight normally through your pregnancy till now. Check your bp, hemoglobin, sugars and thyroid. There is no fixed time in which one bleeds after taking emergency contraceptive pill. Sometimes unexpected bleeding occurs more over it is not necessary. Next menstrual cycle can be early or delayed as side effects of the pill.

At the moment because of corona talk to obstetrician treating your wife on phone and depending on his/her findings about her, will advise about scan.
30th may is long way and certainly if possible any time sono is better only to decide when depending on her condition and corona lock down.
