I am a health professional. January 14th I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. Last week onwards I am having pain above left ovary. Regarding this I went for a consultation. Done a usg ,they doubt ectopic pregnancy first. I denied that because usg was done in the hospital where I have been working. Yesterday I have done upt twice. Then it came positive. I would like to know about the future treatment details for this.

Hi im 75 kg with height 161 cm and conceived in d month of may and missed abortion on aug for 3 months. Its a medical abortion. I do not have regular periods but when I take folic acid with myoinositol 500 mg and chromium 400 mg j suppose to get periods within 32 days without any pms. After abortion I get both a breast pain before 1 week periods. As said above I took folic acid along with above mentioned medicines from day 1 I have both a breast very pain I have little headache feels lik period coming but no periods. Is this pregnancy symptoms or just my imagination.

If you still not got periods, do a urine pregnancy test. If negative, take crina ncr 15 mg once daily after food for 5 days to get periods.

Is it good to give packed juice (real juice or tropicana juice here real juice is the name of company) of pomegranate, apple ,grapes and guava in last trimester of pregnancy.

Good morning doctor, i'm pregnant and i've been experiencing heartburn it's over 5 days now and the pain is very severe, I can't lie to sleep or bend because of the pain. I was given omeprazole and gestid and paracetamol but ut seems the drugs isn't working anything. Pls I need your help, the pain is unbearable.

It depends on how many weeks pregnant you are.
Avoid lying down after eating.
Split your meals and dont skip any meal
If you are taking iron tablets, stop for 4-5 days
Paracetamol doesn't help to treat gastritis

There is a small risk but no need to discontinue the pregnancy. Get an anomaly scan at 4-5 months and decision will be taken depending on the reports.

Better to have scan to ruleout the duration of pregnancy if it is more than 2months with medcines abortion may not occur u have to go for surgical procedures
