Asked for female, 26 years old from Delhi

This is a case of left side ectopic pregnancy. But no uncontrollable pain and bleeding seen. Last 3 beta hcg level is going down. 72 hrs before it was 1596miu/l, 48 hrs before it was 296.7 miu/l, and now today it is 96. 7miu/l. Tube may not be ruptured. On saturday drs gave methotrexate inj. So is there any chance to operate.

i think you mean misoprostol. Make sure you are doing this under doctor supervision. Even a normal early pregnancy inside the uterus also can end up being complicated.

No you can't use it, it will act only if pregnancy is present. It is not an emergency pill. And if a pregnancy is an ectopic you will have problems. Contact online for further information.

I am 31 year old. I took mtp pills on 13th march, amd had bleeding from 24th march. I had heavy bleeding after a week, got a scan and found retained pieces inside. I was advised to take cytolog tab 200 mg twice a day for 5 days. On 27th march, I again had heavy bleeding and so the doc. advice augmentin and metrogyl thrice a day for 5 days as she said it must be infection that is causing pain and bleeding now, it is one and a half day that I took these medicines. I am having lower abdominal pain, it was intense yesterday, but lesser today. Bleeding has also reduced. But, I am looking for a second opinion. I hope my treatment is going in the right direction. Please suggest.

It better to get an ultrasound and make sure everything is cleared. Anyways antibiotic cover has been given, so no need to worry about infection
in the process of expulsion, there will be cramps. You can take meftal spas or cyclopam for pain and see.

When medical mtp fails there is chance of future problem.
There are many temporary family planning methods like oral pills, injectable hormones, intrauterine devices, condoms, diaphragms, safe period, coitus interruptus, etc. You must know about the success and failure rates of all as well as the advantages and disadvantages of all to decide which suits you the best. Maybe consult gynecologist as a couple.

I am 38 years old. I had taken one white medicine. After 48 hrs I taken two misoprostol and after two hrs another two misoprostol. After half an hour heavy bleed ing started. One night it was continue. After second day it done slow and third day it was color changed. After 2 days I showed doctor she told me years pregnancy was not terminated. Now wht I hv to do? Can I continue my pregnancy? Or you I hv taken another 6 pills of medicine. I asked doctor but not gave proper answer. I am very much disturbed. Wht I hv to do?

My partner wishes to have an abortion. She has had numerous consultations but has been told due to a rare cancer gene she has, that she can't have mifepristone or misoprostol.
