I felt back pain, dizziness, uterus pain, white discharge. So suspected pregnancy is wrong direction given by Dr. Internet.

One is never sure about precum or semen. Technically no pregnancy with precum.

After taking the high hormonal emergency pill like unwanted 72 one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts. This means if taken near the expected period date it gets postponed as in your case.
If this does not happen as well as period is missed then do a pregnancy test.
If negative may wait or meet gynecologist.

Well you have to test your blood for beta hcg for confirmation of pregnancy ,that will be better, it can also be due to hormonal imbalance.
