If your periods are very regular, the first 7 days after the first day of the menstrual cycle (the first day of bleeding is the first day of the menstrual cycle) is a safe period. If you bleed for 5 days, then by the time the period ends, you will already be on the Day 5 of your menstrual cycle and will have only 2 days of safe period.
If the periods are irregular, then a safe period is difficult to calculate.
If you had sex on Day 3-4 of your periods, then it is unlikely that you will get pregnant.
Actually. Chances of pregnancy for patients with cyst are less.
But we can not ignore.
There can be chance of pregnancy.
I advice you to have safe sex using safety. To prevent and protect from sexually transmitted diseases. And avoid pregnancy.

There is chance but remember Any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting same naturally must meet Gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting facts that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. Means couple must have patience and go to one in whom they have trust to stick for long time.
First you should confirm your pregnancy by urine pregnancy test and an ultrasound ,if it is positive you will have bleeding in 7 to 10 days, if it is negative then there is no complication, you could have nausea ,vomiting and abdominal pain.
