Hello dear Lybrate-User, If the heartbeat is normal. And the rest of the usg is normal. Then don't worry. As you have taken all the injections also. Nothing else can be done dear. Just pray and leave things to god. Most important be relaxed. And visit your obstetrician whenever called.
