Hello Sir, I am 31 yrs. One baby 6 yrs. We trying for second baby. But fallopian tube block find and solve through liver. Now I have hypothyroidism and pco. I can't get pregnant after using litrozol tablet 4 months why?

I had laparoscopy on 26 th december 2018 because of chocolate cyst, but the doctor said they can't remove the cyst as the cyst situated on intestine. After the surgery the doctor prescribe dienogest tablets 2 mg energy for 3 months. Withing 3 months can I get pregnant? Now 10 th january 2019 I feel pain on nipples. Is it side effect of using this medicine?

No you cannot get pregnant as dienogest is just like contraception pills. And yes painful breast is its side effect.

For a 30 days cycle, your time was around ovulation. That is a good time for conception. If you had taken precaution, then it is fine. If not, then you can take an emergency pill even now.

I'm 30 years old. In 2017 I lost my first child cause of low placenta and many other health issues like bleeding at anytime cramps in stomach urine infection I'm IMG positive with rubella and celebrum infection. And also have RH positive. And now in Oct I went thru lapro operation for removal of gallbladder coz of 6 mm stone and I am suffering from scar endometriosis. Doctor have recommended to keep pregnancy as soon as possible but I'm afraid if again coz of my health I should not face the above problems but even I want my baby to come soon. Because even I'm having painful endometriosis and the pain do not go easily during and after periods. Please help.

No, empty gestational sac mean sanembryonic pregnancy or anembryonic gestation, occurs when the early embryo stops developing, is resorbed and leaves an empty gestational sac. So it is not the causes of block fallopian tube.
