Hello, I am 36 years old female I had a sex after 12 days of my menstrual suggested by doctor 2 day before sex I am having folic acid tab after 2 day having sex now I am having duphaston 10 mg 2ce a day after having duphaston I can see some blood spots 1-2 days now my menstrual time is after one week now I am having my lower abdomen pain, am I conceiving or other issue.

There is a tiny ecogenic intercourse focus of 2.4 mm in left ventricle of heart in my level 2 ultrasound report. Does it will cause heart disease to child. I am very afraid. Kindly suggest me. I would like to know how this helps to get pregnant? And is it really okay to take metformin though my sugar level are normal and I am not diabetic. I have already instructed by my doc I could have mild side effects like giddiness ,if so to reduce my dosage!

Pcod is a result of insulin resistance and metformin is insulin sensitizer, if you can reduce your weight it benefit you lot.

Hi. I have pcos issue and its difficult to trace my fertility days by tracking period calender. Usually when I do exercise I get periods on time or 3 to 4 days late. I recently got married 2 months back. Can you please help which hormones test am I required to do to check whether I am ready to conceive or not? Further how can I track my fertility days. One more major problem is my periods only last 2 to 3 days only with heavy to moderate flow including clots.

ìf you have regular periods, you can take a morning sample of urine and do a urine pregnancy test. That is one way of conpnfirmation. The chances of conception are high.
