There is a difference between plain folic acid and cystofert. Only folic acid we give when one is pregnant ir trying to conceive whereas cystofert is s combination of myoinosito, d chiroinositol and folic acid which we commonly use in treatment of pcos.

If rubella igg is positive that m, eans sometime in past (mostly during childhood) you had ythis infection. This is common and in a way better as now you do not need vaccination and no chance of rubella during pregnancy which is harmful.

Nothing in eating or tablets can change chances. If you had consulted gynecologist or genetic specialist prior to marriage or if not but after marriage or at first pregnancy they must have explained to you that it is genetic combination and there is 25 % chance of thalasaemia major, 50 % chance of thalasaemia minor and 25 % chance of absolute normal.
But don; t calculate chances by just your pregnancy number. Percentage is generalised.
