Eating painkillers will make ulcer worse and she needs to avoid spicy foods and eat balanced diet and take Omeprazole tablet for one or two weeks. The cause of pain need to be examined and treated and care need to be taken for the ulcer by endoscopy and if needed a surgery is to be done and I do not think it will be needed in a young girl
