Hello Mam, I am 31 years women and I am 36.2 weeks pregnant. Recently I had my ultrasound and found that my afi is 24 .rest everything is normal. My doc said that I should have a c-sec done as my baby is in breech position .she also said that I have a condition called polyhydramnios and that there might be chances that baby may have some minor complications after birth. Since I do not have diabetics. I am really confused and stressed out mam please help me what to do?

Hi. I am 28 years old. This is my 2nd pregnancy. I am 13 weeks now. My glucose tolerance test (2 hours) result came out as 146. I am worried as I am told I might have gestational diabetes. No one in my family has diabetes and my sugar levels always remained normal even during my 1st pregnancy. Please advice.

Amniotic fluid at 33 weeks is 6.7 cm. There is no iugr and baby's growth corresponds properly to gestational age. Had adequate fluid in both trimesters .why has it decreased in the third trimester? Hi, now I am 8 week pregnant, I lost 2 time abortion, last week I am going to early pregnancy scan early pregnancy scan lmp: single intrauterine gestation is seen. Double decidual sign present. Fetal pole is seen with no cardiac activity yolk sac-2.7 mm mean gestation sac diameter: 1.59 cm. Crl-0.28 cm, corresponds to 5 w 6 d, edd: 20.06.2020 small subchorionic hemorrhage measuring 1.2 x 0.3em seen in anterior aspect of the choriodecidual reaction. Cervix 3.7 cm, os closed. Left ovary is normal. Corpus luteum cyst seen in right ovary measures 1.7 x 1.3 cm no adnexal mass. Impression:- early intrauterine gestation of 5-6 weeks. Small subchorionic hemorrhage suggested follow up scan after 1 week for viability ========== doctor give below medicine susten vt vag 200 mg ====== doctor told threatened abortion any chance this medicine save my baby.

I am 25 years old, I have gestational trophoblastic neoplasia. Up-to one month doctors given me methotrexate injections when my HCG level was 571. After giving methotrexate injections slowly beta HCG level reduces to 137. Suddenly it rises to 155. This 155 level is stable after another cycle of methotrexate. So, now doctors changed my medicine. Now they are giving me dactinomycin. After giving this dactinomycin they checked my beta HCG level on 14th day, it was 105. They started another cycle now. Will it reduces? Actually it is reducing very slowly.

Hello I am 29 of years old weight 66 kgs height 5'5".i am a teacher by profession, I was pregnant for 18 weeks. I had a hectic schedule cosequetive 6 classes in my school. Later I found some water like discharge. I thought it is normal .it increased with time. Next morning I found some bleed. I went to a radiologist for usg. It showed internal os open. Cervical length less-than 2 cms. Irregular heartbeat of fetus. I went to the doctor, after examining physically. He said nothing could be done and needs to be aborted. Labour was induced by injection later d&c my question is this can physical stress (standing for a longer duration, riding bike etc) cause preterm labour before 20 weeks? I was having vaginal discharge a thick white discharge before this incident .was it a warning for a infection? If my cervical length after breaking water is less than 2 cm will it effect my future pregnancy? What are my chances to have a full term delivery after this incident? Without cervical cartilage?
