With wife negative and husband positive most of the time nothing happens in first pregnancy-delivery to baby if mother was not exposed to positive transfusion in past (which normally does not happen)
after first delivery or abortion only very few get problems for which tests are there, treatment of different stages are there.

No- abdominal scar itself does not create any problem
in case scar is on uterus then there is possibilty which you must understand from your obstetrician.

Yes but those with family history of diabetes have extra cnaces of getting same - meaning your baby with diabetes of father will have little extra chance of diabetes in life. But that way india is capital of diabetes means many have such challange.

I can only give you general list but depending on your and husband's detailed medical history, examination and results of basic reports you may need more.
Blood group, cbc, hb electorphoresis, tsh, blood sugar fasting & pl, rubella igg, pt, aptt, (vdrl, hbsag, hiv I & ii, hcv) of both wife and husband, you also need vaccinations.
