No this is absolutely not true. Normal delivery is not determined by sex, otherwise we would have advised everyone to have sex for normal delivery. Normal delivery is a natural process and all pregnancies are designed to be delivered normally. It happens without any precautions. There are no ways to prevent cesarean section. Laour pain is nowodays completely avoidable and you can have a pain free delivery.. Due to epidural anaesthesia.
Dont use too much oil in food.. use much of the proteins.

You might feel heaviness in body. Also you might feel more sleepy or might not get enough relaxed sleep. There might be back pain also. You need to walk at least 15- 20 min daily. Include more ghee in your diet as it facilitates normal labour.

You can conceive after 6 months. After antenatal test done and with regular checkups you can have healthy baby because its not necessary that if 1st time you have still birth then again you have the same. But for better consultation consult gynaecologist.

lybrate-user, More than HbA1c%, it is essential to keep blood glucose between 90 to 120 mg through out the day during pregnancy. Sometimes in a diabetic patient fetus may become large (>3.5 kgs), plus full term delivery is a bit risky. So if the growth is good and fetus is healthy based on your obstetrician then induced delivery is better. Thanks.
