5 th month ghee with milk
6 month madhur aushadhi sidha milk should take madhur aushadi like- ghee, gud, kela, shatavari, nariyal, mashparni, mulajathi, mudgaparni, sahad, angoor, vanshlochan kathal etc

Yes delivery is a painful process, either you choose normal vaginal delivery or you go for cesarean section, you have to be mentally prepared for this. You still have 1 week left, you may start having pains in this period, if doesn't happen then even your gynaecologist can induce pains artificially.

The vagina hole doesnt matter, as it expands as an elastic organ. It is the bony structure which is non changeable, so a pre delivery pelvis assesment is what is important.
