Hello Lybrate user. Ldh stands for lactic dehydrogenase. It is an intracellular enzyme that's is present in almost all the tissues. Pregnancy itself does not affect the ldh levels. When tissues are damaged by injury or disease, there is increase in the level of ldh in blood. 1. Take adequate night sleep
2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger headache.
3. Avoid things that can trigger headache. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep.

Always do the test in the same reliable lab. Well controlled hypothyroidism should have a value of 2.5 miu/l.the fasting levels willalways be higher. What I suggest is 50 mcg of thyronorm daily and take a fasting sample always. Donot stop thyronorm optimum dose during pregnancy. You will have normothyroid cute baby.
