Asked for male, 31 years old from Aligarh

I am a 31 years old male, married for 3 months. We are trying for having baby. In my semen analysis, all the factors appears normal (sperm count: 105 mill/cu. Mm; progressive motility: 60%; morphology; 70% normal). But the liquefaction time is 90 mins. Is this normal? Do I need any treatment?

1) pregnancy can occur only one day of the cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by gynecologist or infertility specialist
2) for semen report take opinion of urogenital surgeon or infertility specialist dealing with males also.

Doctor, Me my girlfriend had a sex just after the periods. I did not know about the precum can cause pregnancy. But I did not know had a sex with her and used pulled out method. That precum on the tip of penis was inside her for the long time or multiple time when there was precum on the penis. I am very worried about it. And she had cold and their is body ache. Hello-
withdrawal works about 78% of the time overall. But the odds of pregnancy are always higher during the 5 days leading up to, and during, ovulation these are called fertile days. If no semen gets on your vulva or in your vagina, pregnancy can't happen whether or not you're ovulating.

My boyfriend and I never had sex no penetration no ejaculation no sperm no direct genital contact and no sperm. He opened his pants as soon as I saw precum he closed his pants he dint touch his precum or neither he touched me. However I was 2 weeks late for my period I was scared coz I was urinating frequently and having cramps so I took test and it came out negative I took 6 tests on different days in the 2 weeks all were negative. Finally I got my period as normal flow regular flow as usual for 4 days then after that now too i'm having frequent urination and gas and light burning stomach / cramps I again took test it was negative. What's this. Im so scared. Im a virgin. I had urine infection 2 years back but that time pain was more this time sometimes I get pain but after going to bathroom (not urine) pain decreases im concerned pls reply i've been stressing since 1 month exams and this scare. Is that the issue I don't have nausea or any other symptoms.

any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting the same naturally must meet a gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting the fact that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. I am 28 years old female unmarried I am feeling ball like something in my vagina, I can feel when I i sit and walk. ultrasound scan before 7 years doctor told prolapsed uterus but now in recent ultra sound doctor told me everything is normal. But I can feel uncomfortable. What was the reason?

Hello-
prolapsed uterus can be diagnosed just by visual examination, so ultrasound is not needed is such case. The another diagnosis which is possible in your case is bartholin cyst. Its best to consult for proper diagnosis.

I have been trying to conceive since past 6 months, I am aware when to try, what are the best days, I monitored everything but it never happened have missed periods this month, 4 days up of my expected period. Free beta hcg test I did but it came negative tsh was 7.8 so in january I started with 25 mcg thyronorm, now it's showing 4.5 (tsh) kindly suggest, what to do now, I am going mad why can't I conceive.

lybrate-useryou should try alternate days from day 10 to day 20 if your menses are regular cycle of 28-30 days. If not able to conceive in 6 more months, pls do a tvs usg, semen parameters and tube test. Be under supervision. All the best.
