Tell her to apply butter or ghee everytime after feeding. I mean everytime. Clean the breast, feed the baby and apply. It is due to dryness. Nothing to worry. You can consult me through Lybrate for homoeopathic treatment and further guidance.

First of all give yourself time to recover. As you are breastfeeding don't do any dieting. You can start from walking as a starter. Eat healthy food, avoid fatty fried food, take enough amount of dairy products. Stay hydrated. Once your baby start eating outside food than you start work on yourself. You can consult me through Lybrate for homoeopathic treatment and further guidance.
