Hello Lybrate-User, It can be just nutritional deficiencies.
Take a multivitamin tablet.
Take good care of your diet.
Do moderate exercise or pranayama as per your convenience.
Every time medicine is not the solution. Sometimes just removing the cause may remove the effect.

Hello lybrate-user.
The pigmentation is not just a local problem or skin discoloration. It requires proper systemic constitutional treatment. For permanent solution.
So my suggestion is to go for laser therapy followed by homoeopathic treatment to prevent it from coming back.
