It may so happen that complete breast milk suppression did not happen.
Avoid any form of breast stimulation,
get prolactin level done, and if still high need to take cabergoline once more.

You should not lactate while taking tab depran l as it passes through breast milk. Either do not take tab deprsn l.
Or if taking the tablet then do not breast feed.
