If examination 1 month after delivery by Gynecologist confirmed that all is normal then can have intercourse but only with proper use of family planning procedure

Normally obstetrician examines the patient one month after delivery and then if all is normal advises possible intercourse 6 weeks after delivery
BUT MOST IMPORTANT is to learn select and implement some family planning method

Please take her temperature using a thermometer for 2-3 days whenrtve she feels hot, and get back to me.
With regards BP, don’t worry, thin patients have BP in that range.
Take electrolytes. Plenary of electrolytes.
If u want I can prescribe u electrolytes that will help u deal with the headache and also improve the blood pressure
