These days breech is an indication for caesarean section. I doubt any doctor would take the risk of remedial measures for breech. but if the pregnancy is not term, then spontaneous reversion is also a possibility. also if it is second pregnancy then also the baby may change position. usg will clinch the diagnosis.

It is very common to gain weight because of the hormonal changes after pregnancy.
But 119 kg is too much.
And it will not come down by just exercise or dieting.
My suggestion is to take proper homoeopathic treatment, moderate exercise, and specialised diet which doesn't compromise with nutrition.
