Hello.
See Physiotherapy is best. Advising not as a Physiotherapist but without getting biased. As, the issue can be taken care by first reducing pain and subsiding other issues. After that we focus on gaining muscle strength.
It do takes time but is effective nd safe.

What as usual. Do you such episodes repeatedly, can you provide the description of whole episodes like frequency, how long it persists, any other associated symptoms.
You should get your lipid and sugars tested, and MRI brain as well.
Healthy lifestyle like Avoiding fatty, oily and high calorie diet. Have low salt diet and monitor blood pressure regularly thrice a day for one week then once or twice a week. Regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging according your capacity ...more

It is good that you understand yourself so well and are trying to gain insight into yourself and seek help. I feel half of your battles is won already. Try and analyse yourself every now and then, pracitice some communication skill programs, inculcate them in your daily life and see how far you can go from there. To become social you need to stop worrying and just start enjoying company of other people.
