If your pregnancy test was positive, then tab primolut is not an abortion pill. If you were not pregnant than yes, withdrawal bleeding means a normal period bleeding.

Primosa is fine but it does not reduce pain much. A different set of medicines will be needed to reduce pain. Hot fomentation also helps in such cases. If you would like to know more please contact me for detailed discussion and advice.

Just check if there is any crack in the nipple. In that case you may need mild antibiotic and no feeding for atleast 3 days. For back pain etc calcium is fine alongwith vitamins like b12. For more details please contact me.
