Get your bp checked manually by a doctor. Difference in both arm bp of more than 10 mm hg may suggest a vessel blockage.

- Both have essentially the same constituent that is sodium chloride so will not be of much help
- to reduce bp you have to reduce the per day quantity of whatever salt you are taking.
