Brother,
BP is on the lower side. I feel you should stop BP medicine. Keep on monitoring BP daily, At this age if it crosses 140/90 , Then you can start Tab Eritel 40 mg Once daily but monitoring BP is important.

Bp changes continuous throughout the day, its not same. When we do any work then bp elevates. Always measure bp after 15-20 mins of rest.

What problem are u facing in taking these medicines ???
Why do you want to change?

Even if u want to change consult your doctor

There are proper studies done on these medications and then prescribed for the treatment

Stop thinking that if it is ayurvedic it will be beneficial nothing like that no proper studies are done on such medications and hence there side effects are not known

I will not suggest rest upto you

Hi you are having hypotension. It is normal in certain people as they constantly record lower bp levels. Take certain energising drinks such as ors or glucon-d adding a little rock salt in it. Hope you are doing some form of exercise regularly as that helps with the sleep disorders as well as regularising your heart beat. All the best to you!
