D&c report says the curettings show large fragments of hyalinized decidua admixed with clotted blood and multiple large fragments of myometrial in which thick walled blood vessels are prominent. No trophoblastic tissue is present. What is hyalinized decidua? Is large fragments of myometrial normal? Conclusion. Uterine curettings decidua. What exactly does this mean.

Hi, I have adenomyosis. I was on fibroease 25 mg and sevista 60 mg once weekly for 1. 5 years. Last march in 2nd week I have stopped the medicines. Now in last week of may, I had rectal bleeding, so my local doctor advised me to take pause mf for 3 days and I was just about to start my 1st day of period after 1 year, but because of pause mf I could not. I took pause mf because of rectal bleeding. Now my question is after how many days will I have my periods as I have stopped all the medication?

The rectal bleeding is a different problem altogether. The cause could be piles or fissure. Some lifestyle changes would also be required. As for periods, it will come on time but a repeat usg is important to assess the present status.

Don't worry hcq is not known to cause severe psychological problems. However drug interactions with other medications can be causing problems. I would like to know the list of medications she is taking, how well controlled her ankylosing spondylitis is and her present complaints to help you better.

I stay alone for my job, so taking a proper foods is difficult for me. So I am looking for some supplements which I can take daily which can help me to gain some weight. As I am suffering from ankylosing spondylitis so I cannot take processed food, diary products and the good consisting of high carb and starch. I am diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis in 2013. I had right total hip replacement on 4-mar-2020 in mumbai railway hospital, discharged from hospital on 18-mar-2020, returned to ratlam (m.p.) next day. On 21-mar-2020 my right knee started swelling & soon after 8-10 days left knee also started swelling. I have pain sensation on lowest bone of both rib guage occasionally and neck & back pain. Can't visit mumbai due to covid-19. What do you suggest? Can I take prednisolone 5 mg for a week? It proven effective previously, not taken it since a long time. Prescribed meds: saaz 1gm bd etoricoxib 90 mg for pain (not working much). Non-prescribed meds: vitamin-c (orange tabs)

Dear sir, mam for pat few years I have been suffering with these symptoms burning while urinating and sometimes 2 streams frequent urination pain in lower back at kidney spot both sides as well bladder pain and testicle pain sometimes trouble starting a stream of urine amd low stream sometimes it stops and starts again I also have weak erections and no morning erections at all painful ejaculation I visited a doc and the said I have prostatitis what medicines shall I take?
