Discuss your symptoms with your treating psychiatrist and get the medications revised if they do not help even after taking for a month or so. Many times it is difficult for the psychiatrist to get all the symptoms under control in one go, so give him/ her time and for most the symptoms subside over a period of time. Even after say 3-6 months you still feel unsatisfied, get a second opinion. Good luck.

Hello
Kanchan
In this relationship you both have love in past and have same feeling right now after long time.
As you both have personal life and have family and responsibility
It's not necessary if you love someone and you can get him or her as a life partner but you can still keep relationship as a good friend and have to keep a limit in mind.
Good friendship is a best solution. But don't try to cross limit and don't think to get him
Just be happy as some...more

Hello. Since you are suffering from multiple physical complaints along with insomnia and anxiety, I first suggest you get a whole body check up to rule out any underlying problem like thyroid, diabetes, etc. Then I suggest you consult a psychiatrist. These issues can be dealt with through medicines and relaxation exercises. Also, I suggest you consult an orthopedic doctor if you have muscle/ bone problems.

Hi, I can understand your concern for your brother. He must be going through the break up depression. De does need to be handled by professional psychologist and if needed for medical treatment. Many times counseling itself helps though it takes a little long. Family support is the most important key factor.

Make it a habit to take care of yourself.
Stretch every morning and evening. Even basic stretches can help relieve anxiety and keep you in tune with your body.
Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep. You’ll feel more energized.
Do something every day that makes you happy, no matter how small or large
Meditate or pray or practice deep breathing in silence every day. Whichever works for you.
Keep a journal. Express your feelings and keep track of the good things that happen to yo...more

It is important to note that there is no single cause of mental illness, and neurotransmitter imbalances may be just one of several factors that contribute to their development.
In addition to mental health complications, neurotransmitter imbalances can also contribute to a range of physical health problems. For example, serotonin is a neurotransmitter that is often implicated in depression, but it also plays a role in regulating digestion, blood clotting, and bone density. Low levels of ser...more
