Dear lybrate-user,
Serta 25 is the drug for all the problems that you have. But the dosage matters. Please visit the doctor every 2-3 weeks so that she/he will assess your improvement and side effects and fix an effective dose for you. About homeopathy, I have no idea. Some type of breathing problem arises with panic itself. Unless I know the type of breathing problem, I can not guide you.

Every medicine has their own effect. It also depends on how well you cope with your trauma. After 45 days your psychiatrist will assess your mental condition & adjust the dose accordingly.

You should never stop these medicines without your doctor's advice. Although this medication can be addictive, it is good for your anxiety. If you have the strips with you, please check the expiry date and if it is still within the expiry date, you can take it. But I advise you to meet with your doctor and let her/him monitor your medication. It is also recommended that if you don't want to take the medicine for a long time, you should seek the help of a counselor from whom you will learn skills...more
