I don't think I got semen on my vulva as there was no penetration but could be accidental touch there with the penis, so to be sure I took unwanted-72 tablet after 25 hours, (my periods ended 1 day before I had sex), and I got bleeding just like my normal periods after 5 days of taking the tablet which lasted 4 days.(right around 13-15 days into my cycle), but now it's 11 days after my normal period date, is it normal for this much delay? Because I got bleeding just like normal periods after 5 days of taking the pill.

Touching of semen on vulva or even vagina does not cause pregnancy... The pills were not required.
It may cause side effects. Most common is irregular menses.

I had my cycle from 9th to 12th dec, my cycle avg is 24-26 days, had intercourse on 16th dec with protection, took ipill on 17th, started bleeding a week after that for 3-5 days, then again on 3rd jan which is my regular cycle date, until 6th light bleeding then heavy until 14th january. Due date of cycle is 29th january, but has been delayed. Could you please advise and elaborate on this issue? Thank you.

These are expected side effects of the pills... You just have to wait and watch...
If you are using condoms and if they remain intact after intercourse then you should avoid taking pills.

The previous bleeding on 25 th december, bleed how many days, we have to differentiate withdrawl bleeding. Check blood beta hcg test to exclude.
