Helo doctor. My last period is on 27/7/2023. And on the 4/7/2023 I had unprotected sex with my lover. But he ejaculate outside. And on 21/8/2023 night and today the 22/8/2023 I have dark brown discharge. My backbone is paining. My lower abdomen is paining n I got pimples. My breast is tender. It is a sign of pregnancy or a period. please help me.

There is no chance of pregnancy at all, according to history. You can check upt and blood beta hcg tests which will exclude confirmatory regarding chance of pregnancy.

Pcos is a lifelong problem. Yes, nor most tablets and folic acid are correct. But the dose depends upon your weight and on certain blood test and the indication for that as well. Normals is available as sashes also. Folic acid tablet is a 5 mg tablet which needs to be taken once a day. Normal tablet or sachet can be taken once or twice a day. You can connect with me. Having pcos took my first cycle pill on 2nd day of my period diane 35 for 2nd cycle also diane 35 took on 2nd day and having heavy bleeding for one week so now doctor suggested to take dronis 30 so after 1 week of diane 35 can I take dronis 30?

After taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts.-new counting.
Presence of withdrawal bleeding means no pregnancy by sex prior to it.
If this does not happen as well as the period is missed then do a pregnancy test.
Any doubt blood test serum hcg-beta.

You should not be breastfeeding your 15-month-old daughter. Taking ovral while you’re breastfeeding means that you are giving unhealthy breast milk to your daughter. Overall l is contraindicated if you are breastfeeding for further advice

If you have not had sex and the bleeding was moderate not just spotting you can restart a new packet. Otherwise do a urine pregnancy test.

I am married since 9 months my semen analysis is normal 2 ml and 60%.my wife has pcod right ovary 11 cc left ovary 10. 6 cc amh 9. Prl 16 tsh 4.8 hb 8gm ca125 22.6. Took letrozole in 4 cycles. Hcg injection 2 times. Periods are regular now 5 days duration and varies 30 -35 days length. I am unable to conceive. Medicines taken are drogyna 10 mg intafol d. Ovafit and metgrac sr500. Mayoshine od for 3 months. Still I didn't conceive. Kindly tell me can I conceive and how.
