You cannot expect miraculous change but it will definitely improve if you consistently follow certain yoga, pranayam including eye exercises and take certain herbals which help improve. Examples include Saptamrit louh, licorice and cow ghee (also included in saptamrit louh), use of black pepper and cow ghee in a prescribed way etc. For details you have to discuss.Role of NUTRITION can not be ignored as well.

Hello, Do not go to surgery, because of excess use of eye, there is chances of reaccurance of glasses and your right eye power is so high so I m not prescribing lasek surgery for your case , go through ayurvedic cikitsa which will help you in stabilising myopic power and good for your retina , because of high myopia there is chances of retina tear . So consult ayurvedic doctor for eye power.
